Lyon by Washburn Acoustic Guitar Review

I must say with all the years I have been playing guitar, the Lyon by Washburn has to be one of the best low budget acoustic guitars I have played.

And I have played a lot of great guitars, from Taylor Acoustics to Gibson and Martin. Don't let me confuse you, these are all great guitars, especially if you have the budget for one.
So I was living in Portland Oregon back in 2006-2009 and while there I had this one friend who gave me this acoustic, he said he bought it at a garage sale for $50 bucks. I started playing this thing and it felt really comfortable and before noticing the make, I thought I was playing a real high end acoustic, it was so bright and responsive, it sounded really really good. So on my arrival back to Cali, with the Lyon, my neighbor was looking to buy an acoustic as I was teaching him how to play, naturally you want to start on an acoustic I told him, so we went to guitar center and wanked of a few variations of acoustics mid to high-end, believe it or not, not one of the guitars felt the way the lyon felt, so my buddy was bummed until I told him I would be willing to sell him my Lyon, great beginner guitar, I wouldn't be selling it to some stranger and I would still get the chance to play it, every night, almost every night. Look forward to my next posting about the electric guitar that my neighbor owns..Baldwin Baby Bison...Wow he is lucky to own this beauty that has been passed down to him and also be on the lookout for a review of my 1996 Lonestar Fender Strat..Awesomeness
